To proceed with creating a Numa bank account, you have two options: either if you are currently a Bank al Etihad customer, or if you have never had an account with Bank al Etihad before. On your homepage in the Numa app, click on "Open Bank Account" and follow the steps below.
If your answer was YES (you're an existing customer at Bank al Etihad), you can create a Numa bank account following these steps:
Open Numa app
Log in or sign up using your email and password
Tap "Open Bank Account" on the Homepage
Select "Yes, I have a Bank al Etihad account"
You will be automatically redirected to Bank al Etihad app
Read and agree on terms and conditions by Bank al Etihad
Verify then you will automatically return to the Numa app
Complete the setup in Numa and activate your account

You can simply open a Numa bank account - we won't require any additional info.
Make sure your Bank al Etihad app is on the same device as Numa app.
Make sure your Bank al Etihad and Numa app are up to date from the app store.
If your answer was NO (you're not an existing customer at Bank al Etihad), you can create a Numa bank account following these steps:
Open Numa app
Log in or sign up using your email and password
Tap "Open Bank Account" on the Homepage
Select "No, I do not have a Bank Al Etihad account"
Scan your Jordanian national ID for verification
Scan your face through a selfie and a short video for verification
After matching and verifying, finish answering all questions on the screen
Read and agree to the terms and conditions from Bank al Etihad
Your application will be submitted (the review process will take up to 12 hours)
After approval, complete the remaining steps in the Numa app to activate account

Make sure your Numa app is up to date from the app store.
You must not have an account with Bank al Etihad.
