What does having a "banking partner" mean? 🤔 It simply means that when you open an account with Numa or get a virtual prepaid VISA card, they are issued by Bank al Etihad, as Numa doesn't hold a banking license.

✅ It's important to note that your SWIFT code and IBAN are provided by our banking partner, Bank al Etihad, as Numa is not authorized to offer these financial services directly. However, all your interactions and communications will be through Numa, and all the services and features you use are provided within the Numa application.

All banking services available through the Numa app are directly and exclusively provided and managed by our banking partner, Bank al Etihad. The bank accounts opened through the Numa app are managed by specialized teams within the bank itself.
