What does banking partner mean? 🤔 It simply means that when you open an account with Numa or issue a virtual prepaid VISA card, they are issued from Bank al Etihad, as Numa does not have a banking license.

✅ It is important to note that your SWIFT code & IBAN are by Bank al Etihad, as legally we cannot provide these financial services directly. However, all your interactions and communications will be through Numa, and all the services and features you use are provided by Numa.

All banking services available through the Numa app are directly and exclusively provided and managed by our banking partner, Bank al Etihad. The bank accounts opened through the Numa app are managed by specialized teams within the bank itself.
