To open a Numa bank account, you need a Jordanian National ID or be an active Bank al Etihad user. It's that simple!
For Bank al Etihad users:
Creating a Numa account is simple if you already use your Bank al Etihad app. When setting up your Numa account, just let us know you have a Bank al Etihad account. We'll take you to the Bank al Etihad app to agree to terms and conditions. After that, you'll smoothly come back to Numa app.
The best part? Your verification happens behind the scenes since you're already a Bank al Etihad customer. Then, you can easily complete your Numa account directly in the app.
For users without a Bank al Etihad account:
If you don't have a Bank al Etihad account, no problem! Opening your Numa account is simple with our fully digital process. You just need:
Valid ID: Jordanian National ID for quick scanning and verification (no other documents can be scanned).
Residency: Living in Jordan.
Age: 18 years or above.
