If my ID won't scan, what should I do?

To ensure successful scanning of your Jordanian National ID, please ensure the following:

  • The ID is in good condition and the information it contains is clear

  • The ID is scanned in a well-lit environment

  • There is no light reflection or glare on the ID when scanned

  • The camera lens should be clean

  • That the ID is placed on a flat, stable surface

  • The ID is positioned within the frame shown on the screen

Please note that only a Jordanian National ID can be scanned, and no other documents are supported for scanning.
