If you used your Jordanian National ID for identity verification, you'll need to wait for up to 12 hours while we review your account. We'll notify you once it's accepted, and then you can proceed to set up your account.

✅ Once approved:

  1. Tap "Open Another Bank Account"

  2. Choose your account's tag (Work or Personal)

  3. Select your account's currency (JOD or USD)

  4. Complete the activation and start using your account!

💡 You can also create another bank account right away by simply tapping on "Open Another Bank Account"

🚨 If your account has been under review for over 12 hours you may contact support
