To receive money into your Numa account, you only need to follow the below:
Provide Your Numa Account Details: Share your Numa IBAN or Account Number with the sender.
Finding Your Numa Bank Account Details:
Go to home > accounts section
Select the account you want to view
Click on the copy icon to easily share the details
For Bank al Etihad Senders:
Ask the sender to choose "To Another Customer Inside the Bank" option in the Bank al Etihad app.
Local Transfer Time and Fees:
Local Transfer Time: Usually, it takes about 1 day for the money to transfer and appear in your Numa account if it's a local transfer, depending on processing times. *Transfers between Bank al Etihad and Numa are instant.
Local Transfer Fees: Fees may vary and will be displayed to the sender when making the local transfer. *Transfers between Bank al Etihad and Numa have no fees.
International Transfer Time and Fees:
International Transfer Time: International transfers typically take around 1 day to be completed, ensuring prompt access to your funds.
International Transfer Fees: There's a fee range of 3-5 JOD, varying based on the transaction amount. Additionally, sender fees may apply.
Exchange Rate:
