If you wish to transfer/ send money from your Numa account to someone else, follow these steps:
Open Numa app.
Go to "Transfers" or click "Send Money" on the home screen.
Choose "Within Bank" for transfers to another Numa or Bank al Etihad account.
Enter the receiver's bank details (Full Name and IBAN).
Follow the steps on screen and send! ✅
Notes:
Local transfers: you can only send money to other Numa or Bank al Etihad customers. However, you can receive money from any bank in Jordan.
International transfers: you cannot send money internationally from your Numa account. However, you can receive international transfers.
Upcoming feature: CliQ will soon be available, allowing you to send money to anyone in Jordan.
