How to change or reset my password?

If you forgot your registered email in Numa: please contact our Customer Support team for assistance in recovering it.

If you forgot or want to change your password for your Numa account: please follow these simple steps:

  1. Open the Numa app

  2. Tap "Log In"

  3. Tap "Lost Password?"

  4. Enter the email address associated with your account and we'll send an email with instructions to reset your password

When creating a new password, remember to follow these requirements:

  • It must differ from your previous passwords ✔

  • It must be at least 8 characters long ✔

  • Include at least one uppercase letter ✔ (S)

  • Include at least one lowercase letter ✔ (r)

  • Include at least one number ✔ (0)

  • Include at least two special characters ✔ (@, !)

Here is an example of a strong password: Str0ngP@ssw0rd!
